Prashant Warier and Dr. Pooja Rao established the healthtech startup Qure.ai in 2016 with its headquarters in Mumbai. It focuses on using deep learning algorithms to automatically analyze radiological scans, such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays.
Its major products include qER, which analyzes head CT scans to find issues including fractures and bleeding, and qXR, which finds abnormalities in chest X-rays. Enhancing radiology workflows, accelerating treatment routes, and promoting early diagnosis are the goals of these products.
Globally, Qure.ai’s technology is used in clinical settings for TB detection, stroke treatment, and lung cancer screening. By 2025, the company has improved the lives of more than 20 million people in more than 90 countries at around 2,700 healthcare facilities.
